Volunteers from among owners are encouraged by
Propcare to take part in the welfare activities of the association. These
volunteers are also helpful in disseminating any important information to the
other owners of the community from time to time. Every maintenance work carried
out by the technicians of Propcare is properly documented and submitted to the
Home Owners Association at regular intervals. This will throw light on the
issues that are neglected or matters that have been given less attention to. One
of the prime responsibilities of the company is to maintain relationship with
contractors and outside vendors that are being summoned from time to time to
carry out work, and regulate their work culture to be in line with the
expectations of the community
