If maintaining a house seems much difficult
for an individual then, carrying out maintenance for an entire township is lot
more difficult. Appointing a “Community Management Company” won’t solve the
problems unless and until the company understands the requirement of every
individual house in the community, with respect to the common goals of people.
All the same, the people living in the community have to have a thorough
understanding of the functions and purpose of the CMA to benefit the most. Since
it is everybody’s responsibility to keep the entire township safe and
enjoyable, volunteers are expected to come forward to take up assignments at
regular intervals.
“Propcare”, as the name denotes, has
undertaken to serve communities across the country in a commendable manner. Its
approach to serving every township has time and again proved the company’s
ability in keeping the owners and its management in harmony. Propcare, as a
CMA, will impose certain restrictions on the residents for their own welfare
and that of the community on the whole. When people live beside each other as
neighbors, sharing common facilities or amenities, there are conflicts that
occur once in a while. Such conflicts are very ingeniously handled by Propcare and
amicable solutions offered.
Apart from catering to the needs of every
house with respect to maintenance, the property manager is very keen on
safeguarding the common areas that are used by all the residents. Gardens,
parks, meadows and kids’ play areas are meticulously maintained to bring
absolute merriment to the community. In order for the owners of a community to
live a harmonious and trouble-free life, they need to quite understand the
legal framework of the community association by which they are bound. Propcare
clearly defines the scope and limitations of its powers with respect to the
responsibilities it handles and offers solutions to people within that.
Propcare encourages volunteers from within
the community to come forward and show their participation in keeping the community
a better a place to live. Any incidence of violation involving destruction of
common properties is reported by these volunteers for the CMA to take necessary
action against the concerned individual. Collection of rent from tenants and
maintenance fee are some of the major responsibilities of Propcare. There is an
online forum of Propcare on which genuine complaints of owners and tenants can
be registered for necessary action to be taken. Such complaints are carefully
scrutinized and dealt with by Propcare in a manner that benefits the entire
community.
